How far in advance should I book?

Popular weekend dates, especially during school holidays and December, fill up weeks ahead, so we recommend booking as soon as your venue is confirmed. Slots are first-come, first-served, and we can’t hold a date without a deposit.

How do I confirm my booking?

A 50% deposit via PayNow secures your date. The remaining balance is paid after the setup or service is completed.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to postpone, let us know at least 14 days before the event and we’ll move your booking to a new date. Postponements with less notice have a $50 fee.

What happens during balloon sculpting?

Balloon sculpting isn’t a show. Our artist twists balloon sculptures on the spot, and each child gets to take their own sculpture home, making it a fun take-home party favour.

How many balloon sculptures can you make in an hour?

About 8–10 sculptures per hour, depending on how detailed the designs are. For bigger groups, you can add sculpting time at $100 per 30 minutes or $200 per hour.

Which entertainment is best for my child’s age?

We match the entertainment to your guests. Younger kids enjoy colourful, interactive magic, while older kids love more mind-blowing tricks. Tell us the birthday child’s age and guest count and we’ll recommend the right fit.

Can I combine balloon sculpting, face painting and a magic show?

Yes. Our Magical, Enchanted and Deluxe packages bundle a magic show with other entertainment, or we can put together a custom mix for your party.

Can you match my party theme or colours?

Yes. Every backdrop and balloon setup is designed around your theme and colour palette. Final design details are locked in 3 weeks before the event so we have time to prepare and print.

How much does a balloon backdrop cost?

Pricing depends on the size, design and theme of your backdrop. Send us your event details and we’ll give you a quote.

Do you set up at condos, restaurants and event venues?

Yes, we set up across Singapore, including homes, condo function rooms, restaurants, offices and malls. There is an additional $50 charge for events in Sentosa and Tuas. For larger installations, we’ll help with any venue paperwork needed.

Can balloon decorations be set up outdoors?

Yes, with some adjustments. Wind and heat affect balloons, so we design outdoor setups to be sturdier and recommend shaded spots where possible.

How long do balloon decorations last?

It depends on the type of balloon. Long twisting balloons (used for sculptures) last up to 3 days indoors or about 1 day outdoors. Round air-filled balloons last 1–2 weeks indoors or 1–2 days outdoors.

Do you do corporate events?

Yes, from company family days to mall activations and brand launches. We handle invoicing and venue compliance paperwork for corporate clients.
